Founded in 1946 by Ed Smith, Smith Insulation, Inc. has been a trusted name in insulation services for over seventy years. Ed started his own company after years of experience working for Builder’s Insulation, Inc. in downtown Walla Walla, bringing his expertise and dedication to every project. In 1969, Jim McEwen joined the team as an installer. By 1987, Jim had become a partner, and when Ed retired in 1998, Jim acquired the business in full.
